Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to MS Cloud Support ("MS Cloud Support", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

The data controller is MSCLOUDSUPPORT (sole proprietorship), Vaishnavi Apartment, Flat 302, Floor 3, Pochanpur Extension, Sector 23B, Dwarka, New Delhi 110077, India.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
  • Company name and job title
  • Information provided through contact forms or demo requests
  • Communication preferences

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

This website runs no analytics or advertising trackers. When you submit an enquiry, we keep a private delivery record containing the submitted details, time, IP address and browser information so a failed handoff can be investigated and your request recovered. Our reverse proxy and hosting provider may retain short-lived connection logs (IP address and time) for security and abuse prevention; these are not used to build profiles.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Process and fulfill service requests
  • Send you marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in our operations
  • To comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests
  • To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
  • In connection with a business transfer or merger

5. Cookies and Tracking

This website sets no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. The only browser storage we use is a single local preference for the currency shown on the pricing page; it never leaves your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. The customer dashboard at app.mscloudsupport.net sets only the cookies that are strictly necessary for sign-in and session security.

6. Security Assessment Data

If you run the free Microsoft 365 security assessment, a Global Administrator in your organisation grants our application read-only Microsoft Graph permissions. Microsoft lists every permission on its own consent screen before anything is granted.

6.1 What we read

  • Tenant configuration: Entra ID settings, admin roles, Conditional Access and authentication policies
  • Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams sharing and protection settings
  • Device compliance and Intune policy configuration, where you are licensed for it
  • Your subscribed licences, so we can tell which controls you are entitled to enable
  • Directory users and groups, sign-in and audit events, and authentication-method metadata, which may include names, work email addresses, IP addresses and registered phone numbers
  • Mailbox settings, including automatic-reply text, where a collector has the required access

The assessment does not request access to message bodies, file contents, chats or calendar items. Mailbox settings can contain personal text, so read-only access does not mean no personal data. The assessment does not request passwords or tenant write permissions. Managed changes require separate access and approval.

6.2 What we store

  • The findings and the evidence behind each verdict, so your dashboard still works when you return
  • Your name, work email and company from the start form, and the tenant identifier Microsoft returns
  • Scan history, so the dashboard can show what changed between scans

Reports and dashboard findings include configuration evidence and tokenized affected-user references. Raw collection and diagnostic artifacts can contain personal data from the sources listed above. Account, support, workflow and notification records also contain the contact details and text you provide. Avoid adding passwords, tokens, medical information or unnecessary personal data to forms and tickets.

6.3 How long, and how to remove it

Assessment and account records remain available subject to your plan and account status. Deletion is a reviewed fulfilment request; submitting a request does not immediately erase live systems or backups. We confirm the scope, applicable retention requirements and backup expiry when handling your request. You can revoke our access yourself at any time by deleting the enterprise application from Microsoft Entra ID, without contacting us. To have your assessment results and account deleted, email contact@mscloudsupport.net and we will confirm once it is done.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to access and receive a copy of your data
  • Right to rectify inaccurate information
  • Right to request deletion of your data
  • Right to restrict or object to processing
  • Right to data portability

9. International Transfers

We deliver services remotely from India and use Hostinger infrastructure for this website and dashboard. Microsoft provides identity and cloud APIs; Zoho Desk supports ticket handling; n8n processes integration workflows on our VPS. Operator notifications can use Telegram, and email uses the configured Microsoft mail service. Hosting region, provider processing locations and applicable transfer arrangements must be verified for your service order. Do not assume that all processing stays in your country of residence. If your engagement requires contractual transfer safeguards, these must be agreed before the relevant processing starts. Contact us to review the applicable arrangements; this page does not itself establish a data processing or transfer agreement.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
